Lead a team of LXDs, IDs, and program analysts in designing, developing and implementing non-credit based professional development programs for CSUF’s extended education department.
Consult and collaborate with SMEs on developing program curriculum, deliverable roadmaps and timelines, course outlines, e-learning development, and instructional technology for online, hybrid, and (V)ILT programs.
Participate in strategic-level decision making regarding new programs including market and user research, idea validation, managing vendor relationships, and defining resources and budgets for new development.
Led transition video-conferencing software from Adobe Connect to Zoom; F2F to F2F virtual due to COVID-19; LMS transition from Moodle to Canvas; multimedia from Flash to HTML5.
Overhauled evaluation collection platform across all modalities into Formstack/Salesforce to enable easy cloud-based retrieval, analytics, infographics, and meaningful insights to program health across cohorts and map student journeys.
Implemented an instructor pool application portal leading to a 50% increase in instructor candidates.

Collaborated with SMEs in the design, development, and delivery of new training materials for our corporate and network of dental offices.
Led curriculum audit and redesign of the Operations Manager Training Program, shortening program length from 120 days to 60. Revised training into a competency-based program using micro-modules, gamification, and community-based learning principles.
Developed animated shorts revolving around company history and culture.
Developed presentations for leadership, facilitate webinars, and run metrics for attendance and engagement.
Created a standardized process to convert existing and optimize future eLearning modules for HTML5 and mobile delivery.

Designed and developed blended and online learning solutions using eLearning modules, job aids, presentations, and manuals for new medical products and state/federal regulations to support our corporate offices and global salesforce.
Designed a mobile platform to showcase our medical products’ specifications, benefits, and pricing to hospitals/surgeons. Project was pitched to leadership, greenlit, and deployed to thousands of sales representatives.
