Radiation Safety E-Learning

Applied Medical is a vertically integrated medical device company based in Southern California focusing on minimally invasive surgical products used around the world. The sales team – internally referred to as the field team – commonly presented medical products in facilities where essential radiation safety training was required for entry. 

Rather than outsource training, I developed an in-house e-learning training module made in Articulate Storyline. This ensured ongoing availability of asynchronous training for new field team members that could be completed remotely while avoiding costly overhead. All new and existing field team members were required to complete the training, and the module was embedded into the standard field team training curriculum.
