We Serve HQ
Background
As part of Pacific Dental Services commitment to philanthropy and promoting volunteer work, we collaborated with VolunteerMatch to create We Serve HQ. This site aimed to help employees find local volunteering opportunities across the US.
For the rollout, I created two deliverables:
We Serve HQ
A short video that created “hype” around volunteering using the new site while training users on how to use the product. This was distributed to all employees, and detailed how to create an account, search for volunteering opportunities, sign-up for events, and track hours.

A quick reference guide covering above items. on to be distributed to all employees detailing how to create an account, search for volunteering opportunities, sign-up for an event, and track hours to be inputted.
